Are you passionate about building innovative and user-friendly web applications? Join our dynamic, AI-first startup as a Front End Software Developer where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and rapidly enhancing our React-based product. As a key member of our small, fast-paced team, you will be responsible for maintaining our React application and quickly adding new features with high code quality. You will participate in regular Scrum meetings, contribute as a self-starter, and bring motivation and excellence to your work.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and enhance our React application using TypeScript

• Design intuitive UI and UX components and pages, bringing your design sensibility to help shape the user experience

• Collaborate closely within an agile team environment

• Leverage AI tooling to streamline and expedite your development tasks

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript

• Ability to thoughtfully design UI/UX components, with an inclination towards design without needing to be a dedicated designer

• Self-motivated and proactive in a startup environment

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving organization

Other Requirements

• Strong version control habits (Git) and comfort with code review workflows

• Solid understanding of UX design principles

• Effective communicator who can articulate issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Highly skilled in vibe coding and understands when AI is helpful and when it is harmful. Knows how to validate the results and not rely on it

• Work hours: 9 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time
