We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who specializes in building and maintaining end-to-end web applications across frontend and backend systems. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and integrating user-facing interfaces with scalable backend services and APIs.

You will own the reliability, performance, and usability of full-stack features and serve as the primary point of accountability for delivering high-quality, production-ready software.

Core Responsibilities

Frontend Development (React)

• Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React

• Implement reusable components, hooks, and state management patterns

• Optimize UI performance, load times, and responsiveness across devices

• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

Backend Development (Python & Node.js)

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and/or Node.js

• Implement RESTful and/or real-time APIs to support frontend functionality

• Handle authentication, authorization, and secure data access patterns

• Ensure reliability through proper error handling, logging, and monitoring

API Design & Integration

• Define clean, consistent API contracts between frontend and backend systems

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services as needed

• Manage data flow across services, ensuring consistency and performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across the stack

Data Handling & Persistence

• Design and interact with databases (SQL or NoSQL) for application data storage

• Implement efficient queries, indexing strategies, and data models

• Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistency across systems

• Support both transactional and analytical use cases where needed

Performance & Scalability

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across frontend and backend systems

• Optimize application performance through caching, batching, and efficient data loading

• Ensure systems scale effectively under increasing user load

• Monitor production systems and proactively address issues

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the stack

• Ensure code quality through reviews, linting, and automated checks

• Debug and resolve issues in development and production environments

• Maintain high standards for reliability and maintainability

DevOps & Deployment

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications

• Work with containerized environments (e.g., Docker) and cloud infrastructure

• Manage environment configurations, secrets, and deployment workflows

• Support staging and production environments

Experience

• BS in Computer Science or comparable field

• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development or a closely related role

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end features from concept to production

• Experience owning both frontend and backend systems in a production environment

• Strong version control habits (Git) and comfort with code review workflows

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Highly skilled in vibe coding and understands when AI is helpful and when it is harmful; able to validate outputs independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern frameworks (e.g., Next.js) and full-stack architectures

• Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure (specifically Azure)

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines

• Enjoys optimizing performance across the stack
